Holy Matrimony is a sacrament that expresses the unbreakable bond between Christ and his people.
Requirements:
You or your fiancé must be baptized Catholics.
You must be a resident of the Archdiocese of New York or contiguous diocese of New York City.
Initial interview should be at least one year prior to your desired wedding date.

Please be advise that we DO NOT schedule any weddings during holiday season, that's from Thanksgiving Day until the second weekend of January of the following year.
We reserve the right to exercise discretion in the processing of requests, and may choose to decline or accept them based on our internal criteria. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

At. St. Patrick’s Cathedral, wedding ceremonies are celebrated only on Saturdays. However, some days and/or times may not be available due to special liturgies or events.
To obtain a copy of your certificate of Marriage, you may submit a written request mailed to:

A donation of $10.00 is requested, payable by check or money order to St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Please include a mailing address in your correspondence to receive the certificate by mail.
