Each year, more than 5.5 million people visit St. Patrick's Cathedral. Our new website will extend the experience with features on history, architecture and prayer. Just as important, the site will enable more people to visit virtually, with online homilies, concerts, candle lighting and more.

It is with great excitement that we congratulate our Archbishop, Timothy M. Dolan, and New York native Archbishop Edwin F. O’Brien on the news that they have been named cardinals by Pope Benedict XVI. They will be officially elevated to the College of Cardinals, February 18, in Rome.
